As always, our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients and families - we care for our patients as if they are our own family so in this unprecedented time, we are deeply concerned about you all.
Fortunately, we have not had a patient present at our office with the coronavirus. In addition, our practice continues to undertake all of OSHA's best practices for infection prevention and control as part of our normal, daily routine. In truth, our dental office is probably one of the most sanitary facilities you could be in.
However, in light of the evolving situation and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to close our practice for the next week. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and assist in the CDC's guidance of social separation. If you or a member of your family had an appointment scheduled with us this week, our office will be in touch to help reschedule their appointment.
Our office WILL be open in the event of a dental emergency. Should you require emergency dental care, please call our office as you normally would and one of our doctors will get in touch with you to address your immediate needs.
Our administrative staff will also be available to assist with rescheduling appointments or answering questions.
You can reach us at (781) 383 - 9393 by voice or email us at [email protected]
A great deal of care, research, and planning guides our decisions. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine on a weekly basis when it is safe for us to return to our normal business hours.
Again, please understand that we are making this decision for our patients, our families, and our team.
